COVID-19 (Coronavirus) – Update

Dear clients,

 The health and safety of our employees, customers, business partners and the communities in which we operate is our priority. We understand the impacts and the current uncertainty caused by COVID-19 and therefore, we have implemented several measures to help reduce the risks, while maintaining our essential activities:

  • Employees with symptoms should stay at home.
  • We have implemented mandatory isolation protocols for employees returning from travel.
  • Business trips are canceled, including within Canada.
  • Our facilities are closed to visitors at this time.
  • The drivers' waiting room is closed, the driver must wait in their truck.
  • All nonessential meetings have been canceled or converted into calls or videoconferencing.
  • Following the recommendations of the Public Health Department and to protect the public and our employees, we have implemented the recommended hygiene and social isolation measures.

We remain open and ready to serve you. We are doing our best to support you while doing our part to reduce the spread of COVID-19. As the situation continues to evolve, we remain on the lookout for what is best for the health and safety of our customers, and our staff.
